I am originally from Dublin, Ireland, now based in Swansea.

With a 21-year career in the Irish Defence Forces, I have operational experience, having served in both UN & NATO peacekeeping missions in Lebanon & Kosovo. During my time in the Defence Forces, I worked as an electrician and later successfully operated my own electrical businesses in both Ireland and Swansea. I hold a solid academic foundation in psychology and psychoanalysis from Dublin Business School. After working as a freelance business English corporate trainer in Sofia, Bulgaria, and teaching English in Swansea, I decided to further enhance my expertise by pursuing a two-year MSc in Communication, Behaviour, and Credibility Analysis with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) in association with the Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA), beginning in late 2023 and expected to graduate in July 2026.

I am also a certified SCAnR trainer—one of only a handful worldwide qualified to deliver this specialised training in deception detection and behavioural analysis. This certification was delivered by the Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA) in partnership with MMU, under the watchful eye of Prof Cliff Lansley and his expert team. Additionally, I have completed the Joe Navarro Expert Body Language Program, further solidifying my expertise in nonverbal communication. My unique blend of military experience, international teaching, entrepreneurial background, and advanced psychological training equips me with unparalleled insights into human behaviour, making me a sought-after expert in my field.
